Effort & Ease | Community Yoga (90 minutes)

Effort & Ease is a thoughtfully paced class that supports the body’s natural shift from activity into rest.

We’ll begin with warming vinyasa to gently build heat and circulation, followed by a period of stillness that allows the nervous system to settle before transitioning into yin. The final portion of class focuses on supported yin shapes, offering time to soften, cool, and integrate.

The intention is simple: to move and rest in a way that feels steady, sustainable, and complete—without rushing the transition between the two.

Requested donation: $10 (not required).
