Conditioning Yoga

This gentle yet effective class is designed especially for adults 55+ who want to build strength, improve balance, and maintain mobility in a safe, supportive environment. Each session blends slow, mindful movement with targeted conditioning exercises to help you stay strong, steady, and confident in everyday activities. We focus on joint-friendly poses, core stability, posture, and flexibility — all taught with clear instructions and plenty of modifications.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, this class meets you where you are and helps you progress at your own pace. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more connected to your body.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues — ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones. A 3-Hour Meditation provides an opportunity for deep inner stillness through extended silent meditation, chanting, and reflection in the SRF tradition. This sacred time supports heightened concentration, inner peace, and a deeper awareness of the soul’s presence within.

Effort & Ease | Community Yoga (90 minutes)

Effort & Ease is a thoughtfully paced class that supports the body’s natural shift from activity into rest.

We’ll begin with warming vinyasa to gently build heat and circulation, followed by a period of stillness that allows the nervous system to settle before transitioning into yin. The final portion of class focuses on supported yin shapes, offering time to soften, cool, and integrate.

The intention is simple: to move and rest in a way that feels steady, sustainable, and complete—without rushing the transition between the two.
