Gentle Yoga

Gentle teaching style focuses on alignment and foundational movement, supporting students as they safely rebuild balance, stability, and strength. With clear guidance and mindful pacing, she creates a welcoming space where students can move with confidence and ease.

Each class is thoughtfully designed with supportive modifications and options, allowing every participant to work at their own level. Whether someone is returning to movement, managing physical limitations, or stepping onto the mat for the first time, flexibility and prior experience are never required. The emphasis is always on safety, steady progress, and helping each student feel stronger, more balanced, and at home in their body.
