Testimonials
"I’ve been attending Drew’s chair yoga class weekly for several years. It’s one of the highlights of my week! Drew is a gifted teacher. She is kind, helpful and supportive. With her gentle voice, she explains each move and gives us options to make each pose more, or less difficult, according to our preferences. Muscles all over the body get stretched, but not too much. I’ve found the poses especially good for my balance. The classes are relaxing and uplifting, spiritual as well as physical. I highly recommend Drew and her chair yoga classes! "
-Brenda Walker
"I love Drew classes; she is an exceptional yoga instructor. Her clear guidance, natural flow, and genuine care for each student leave you both grounded and energized."
-Bill, YOGA PRACTITIONER
Everything begins with foundation.
Without structure, strength has nowhere to go. A stable base allows movement to be safe, efficient, and intentional.
Repetition creates understanding.
The body learns through pattern. Each time we repeat, awareness deepens and alignment becomes natural.
Consistency builds transformation.
Real progress doesn’t come from intensity — it comes from returning, again and again, with presence and purpose.
Steadiness organizes the system.
When we slow down and breathe with control, the mind focuses, the body regulates, and energy becomes coherent.
Integration completes the practice.
What we practice becomes how we live. Balance, patience, and awareness aren’t the result — they’re the expression of embodied learning.
